          Schools should not only prepare students academically, they should also prepare them for workforce as it is equally important. There are many skills that students need to be equipped with so that they can be more  ready to enter into the workforce.

         As it is a challenging  world  out there, schools that do not guide their students with  the right skills need to make a change. The development of skills like team building, presentation skills, time management and many others, help students to become effective employees. Team building skills help students to work productively and creatively in teams because everyone chips in idea and help one another. Working in teams help students to learn more from their friends on anything that they do not know. Presentation skills is important for students to share and promote their ideas. At work, presentation skills are very important become employees need to sell the products  or  services through presentation to the customers.

   By doing well in the workforce will lead a student to becoming a successful and happy employee. In conclusion, schools need to the training ground for students to be a top employee.
